the blade is removed by pressing the button on the handle and then pulling out the blade

quite a bit of wear to the plating (there is a patch of plating missing at inside foot of right handle which can't be seen in photo)

The brass button polisher is nicely stamped with the makers name 'Bodill Parker & Co Limited, Birmingham, Manufacturers & Contractors'. These polishing guards are approx. 6 3 4" (170mm) long. The other button polishing tool is also interesting being a lot more intricate than many with the various shapes cut into the edge, I would imagine to cater for all most button polishing needs.
